I received the Collagen! Did I get charged for that?
I DID NOT CHECK IT NOR WANT, also got the Super Heal n Smooth!?? Why did you send? IT is differ from original H&S? Was I charged for it?
I Do not want monthly subscription either since I ordered 4 bottles! Fixed income 72 yrs. Old but trying to stay young! Your product is amazing but just Heal and Smooth, is all I can afford!
I cannot do extra. Please look at charges and adjust more? I'm am trying to get out of needed P.T. for shoulders (did sports of all kinds back in the day), avoiding rotator Cuff surgery, I had to charge this!
Hurts my acct. to order the 4 bottles! EVERYONE is fixed on $49.95, 59.95, or 69.95!!! There are seniors living in my building I would promote to but I know they cannot afford either at your high prices.

Complex and must be under $30K to live here!
You could cut costs for seniors over 70, get great testimonials and still be rich and happy! Could you do a senior discount please? I'll promote to everyone I know here and with church family, Gym group, etc. (and I'm a Sales customer service person from back in the day!

I would not recommend this to anyone
I never got it canceled. I want my membership stopped and you stop trying to withdraw money from my credit card.

Resolved: Cancellation
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. When i read through all the information, I found out that Heal & Soothe contained blood thinners.
Due to a brain hemorrhage, I cannot take ANYTHING with blood thinners. I cancelled the subscription with no problem.
I canceled because I cannot take anything with blood thinners.
The agent was very helpful and took care of the issue immediately.

Not in a million years!
Ordered an online cookbook that I never received for $9.95. Received 2 bottles of something that I did not order.
Called them, returned 2 bottles with tracking information saying left beside garage. What legitimate company has packages left beside the garage? Filed a complaint with my credit card company. Now they are saying I only returned 2 bottles.
That's what I received from the jerks. I do not have a back problem.
Why would I order this??? I believe this is not even a real company, just a total scam.

I have been billed for further supplies of a product, like a repeat order for £65.73 on 19/1 and £17.99 on 1/1, from Healthy Back Institute. However, it has been stopped by the Barclaycard Fraud Department.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the company through Pissed Consumer and I have been told the ‘subscription’ I didn’t ask for has been cancelled. I will know for sure on 26 December when the next payment is due to be taken out of my account

Hi Suzanne! Reviewing your account, I do see where where you called us on March 31st, 2025 and spoke with our representative Brad, and he was able to refund the My Daily Collagen from that order.
The collagen was likely already shipped out by the time he refunded it, so it was still included in the delivery. Feel free to keep the collagen, as there is no need to return it since it has already been refunded. I have also canceled all subscriptions per your request, so there will be no future charges or products shipped to you automatically.
