Being charged again when I didn't see anything saying I'd have a subscription and the product didn't work for me at all. I want the last charge refunded back to original pay method cancel subscription
I noticed a charge for over $50 from my bank account. Apparently there is a subscription and I was sure I didn't read anything about having a subscription.
CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY, PLEASE AND REFUND MY MONEY. I get tired of having to get a subscription when I buy something to try it. These capsules did nothing at all to make my knees feel any better and I wouldn't have bothered getting them if I had seen a required subscription listed anywhere! Now my bank account is overdrawn when I thought I still had over $10 left in it.

Im ready to cancel my subscription.just dont do business with this firm. While the so called free bottle did seem to help with my back issues, it wasnt that helpful. Seems more effective.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They have provided a full refund, so everything is resolved to my satisfaction. Communicate with them, they are easy to deal with.
The company in question has responded, refunding around $57, and cancelling my "subscription" etc. as I requested.
BUT the refund is $20.

They will sign you up to there subscription and will start to bill you every month. They make it near impossible to cancel the subscription.
When you finally get it cancelled They start it from 1 month from when you cancel so they can bill you for another month you do not want
