Cancel subscription
I want to cancel my subscription for pills. The pills don't work for me as I am on blood thinners. They automatically put me on for a pill subscription I don't want.

Preferred solution: Cancel my subscription and stop charging my credit card.

Never really helped
My name is Lynn Kacsur and I live at 1137 Wayne Avenue Mc Kees Rocks. PA.
15136. I need to CANCEL my subscription. No longer can afford and it never really helped. I keep getting bottles sent that I dont need or want especially since youre charging $50 a bottle.
I have tried several times to get in touch with you to cancel by phone. It always a busy signal. I would like a refund for at least the last 2 shipments since I cannot reach you by phone. Please refund to my bank account that you get paid from.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They have provided a full refund, so everything is resolved to my satisfaction. Communicate with them, they are easy to deal with.
The company in question has responded, refunding around $57, and cancelling my "subscription" etc. as I requested.
BUT the refund is $20.
short and I'm communicating same to them after I verify my CC account. Stay posted.
Sent email to the company today - to be fair, it's the weekend so awaiting response by Monday or Tuesday.
Probably a reaction from combining with my current medications even after sending an enquiry about this very subject. While I realize that my reaction was nobody's fault, I really cannot afford to throw away 77 (Who can these days?). So, being 87 and sometimes having issues with my memory, was surprised to receive the second bottle...
Today I'll get in touch with them, the bottle hasn't been unsealed due to the reasons I just stated, will add to this if they respond. Thanks for seeing this.

Shipping delays waited too long, and customer service representative Brad checked on it and tracked it until a certain point, and then couldn't locate the package anymore.

Fraud company
Let me save you the pain do not deal with this fraudulent company.
They will sign you up to there subscription and will start to bill you every month. They make it near impossible to cancel the subscription.
When you finally get it cancelled They start it from 1 month from when you cancel so they can bill you for another month you do not want

I never got it canceled. I want my membership stopped and you stop trying to withdraw money from my credit card.

Resolved: Cancellation
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. When i read through all the information, I found out that Heal & Soothe contained blood thinners.
Due to a brain hemorrhage, I cannot take ANYTHING with blood thinners. I cancelled the subscription with no problem.
I canceled because I cannot take anything with blood thinners.
The agent was very helpful and took care of the issue immediately.

Not in a million years!
Ordered an online cookbook that I never received for $9.95. Received 2 bottles of something that I did not order.
Called them, returned 2 bottles with tracking information saying left beside garage. What legitimate company has packages left beside the garage? Filed a complaint with my credit card company. Now they are saying I only returned 2 bottles.
That's what I received from the jerks. I do not have a back problem.
Why would I order this??? I believe this is not even a real company, just a total scam.
