My order didn't come

Healthy Back Institute - My order didn't come

I got a consumer representative, she was very pleasant to talk to, she told me that my order was returned back to the sender. When I asked for refund she said she will have to ask her manager.

She came back to me and told me my refund was approved. I am pleased that I was sorted.

Ive tried to cancel my order several times to no avail until recently when I received a text message saying that my order has been cancelled! Last week I received a package with a carton of tablets in, and this morning two more cartons!

Will this farce end soon?

An order was placed for a trial of 1 bottle of supplement on 07/06/2024. USPS tracking showed it was delivered on 07/16/2024 to the front door/porch in Ft.

Lauderdale, FL. However, my zip code is 28904, in North Carolina! Customer service promised to refund my trial shipping and handling fee back to my credit card, and cancel any future shipments.

They blamed USPS for the error. USPS does have some issues, but I doubt they would change zip codes!

User's recommendation: Don’t waste your time or $$. After trial, if not cancelled in 30 days, starts auto shipping product at a little more than $40 monthly. Might be ok if product actually shipped to me! Felt like a scam so probably is! I. Am. Done.

The phone number provided for Australian customers

I have tried to call on the overseas phone number provided many times, but it doesn't get through. I would like your opinion on which of your medications is best suited for my ailments.

I have been told that I will need both knees and hips replaced at some time. I was on your Heal & Soothe for quite some time, I think that it's helped me but I want your expert opinion on which of your products is potentially the best for me. Also, the last time I purchased Heal & Soothe, it was costing me over $100 Australian per bottle. I was taking 3 tablets in the morning and 3 in the evening, so a bottle doesn't last very long.

For your specific situation, we would encourage you to try Super Joint Support, as its powerful blend of vitamins, nutraceuticals and minerals supports healthy cartilage and can help with the exact knee and hip issues you described. We recommend trying this in addition to the Heal-n-Soothe, or as a standalone supplement.

More pills

I actually didn't want more pills but wanted to return pills. According to their records they sent out an order on 8/9 and another on 8/20.

I was being flooded with their product which made me both nauseous and gave me diarrhea . I even missed a day of work. The pills were supposed to arrive monthly not after 11 days. I tried to cancel on line but evidently that was unsuccessful but was able to cancel on the24th by phone.

Today another bottle arrived in my mail. I am being charge about $55 a bottle.They agreed to refund my money when I send back the unopened bottles.

If they do that, the I will be satisfied. I did mentioned your name

Never heard of this company & they took money from my bank

I received a call from my bank if I made a purchase to Healthy Back institute and I said no. Then before I could call the scammers I received a package from them that I didnt open but will IF they answer their damn customer service phone.

WTF - its a major interruption when scammers take your money and you have to use your time to straighten the mess up. Scammers screw it up for the honest people.
