I was able to talk to a representative of the company, who was polite and professional. She immediately closed my account and sent verification of that.
Honestly, I was nervous at first- having dealt with people (not with the HBI) who tried to pressure me into buying more. It was a pleasant 3 minute transaction- and I was happy with the outcome.

Canceled my account last month 12/24 why was another pmt taken out of my bank acct?
I was never able to talk to anyone regarding my issue. I could not get it resolved through your representatives and had to go through my bank to dispute a charge which should have never happened on 01/21/2025 due to my cancelation of my subscription on 12/02/2024.
It ask me to.
Inquiring about 3 separate charges on 3 different days. I just recently received 1 bottle of heal and soothe.
What are the other 2 charges for? Thank you, waiting for your response.

Verified ReviewerYoung man named Brad immediately took care of the situation. I am an older woman and was getting very frustrated with my problem. Brad put me at ease and everything was taken care.
STOP sending and billing me for meds I verbally cancelled last month. I Amon blood thinners and cannot take these pills. I will notify my bank this may be FRAUD

Going in Circles trying to Cancel Charges need to Notify BBB

To return a product
Have someone available to help. I called 4 times and repeatedly received a form to complete for the cost of first $5 snd $1. Wasnt able to pass that prompt!!!

My order didn't come
I got a consumer representative, she was very pleasant to talk to, she told me that my order was returned back to the sender. When I asked for refund she said she will have to ask her manager.
She came back to me and told me my refund was approved. I am pleased that I was sorted.
User's recommendation: If you have any problem with your order, make sure you call customer service ndont write emails they replies are vague
Can’t take product
I have Gastroesophageal reflux disease - this supplement conflicts with current meds and I am trying to cancel subscription to stop receiving this supplement.

Ive tried to cancel my order several times to no avail until recently when I received a text message saying that my order has been cancelled! Last week I received a package with a carton of tablets in, and this morning two more cartons!
Will this farce end soon?
